The Godai chef
The chef with a Michelin star at his Madrid restaurant Yugo the Bunker, defines his proposal in one word: Purity, a cuisine with fusion without confusion based on how I see sushi and interpret it, always respecting the main product and adding something to balance it, compensate or improve it but not mask it.
The value of KUU to create possibility through impossibility, a very personal and unique vision with a fusion without confusion, michelin star from 2019 to the present, award by the Japanese embassy in Spain for the best young chef revelation of Japanese cuisine, award for the best Japanese restaurant in Spain according to gastronomia&cia, award from fork of the best 100 restaurants in the world and creator of the only private club of Japanese haute cuisine in Europe.
